WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is based on the idea that life force energy flows through us. The word “Reiki” translates to “spiritually guided life force energy.” During a Reiki session, the practitioner seeks to balance, heal or unblock the chakras (energy centers) of the client.

Reiki promotes healing, releases negativity, connects to wisdom, and creates a sense of wellness.

ABOUT MY SESSIONS

My sessions are 1 hour each and include: intention setting, a guided meditation, Reiki healing, affirmations and follow-up plan. I gently lay my hands on or above specific areas of the body associated with the 7 main chakras (energy centers). The client lays fully clothed on a massage table.
