Session Details
Whether you are brand new or returning to Reiki, knowing what to expect during a session can help alleviate your concerns and elevate your experience. Sacred Knowing Reiki wants all clients to have a solid understanding of the appointment and clear expectations.
Session Flow
Opening
> Welcome and greeting
> Explanation of Reiki, including how the session runs
> Opportunity for Client to ask questions
> Understand Client’s expectations
> Setting goals and identifying intentions
> Guided meditation
Reiki
I gently lay my hands on or above specific areas of the body associated with the seven main chakras or energy centers. The client lays fully clothed on a massage table with soft music playing in a private, quiet studio.
Closing
> Emergence from Reiki
> Session review and reflection
> Discussion of ways to take care and proceed after session / next steps
Session Pricing and Policies
Pricing:
$100 for a 60-minute session, which includes intention setting, standard meditation, Reiki healing, aromatherapy, follow-up care plan, and chakra affirmations. For an additional $15, the client will receive a personalized meditation.​

Cancellation Policy:
In the event you can not make your session, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will result in a $50 fee applied to their next appointment.

Sacred Knowing is located at the Well Spirituality Center, "a community that fosters an awakening to our Unity with the Divine, One Another, and all Creation.
